Weather: soooooo hot
Comments:
ran 4 on pretty crazy hills in 29min. The effort felt a little faster than 7min. going to swim later. My runs have been short because I'm trying to figure out the other events before next sat. I'm not too confident at the moment but it is my first tri so I guess that is to be expected.
