Comments:
All day study session at Conte today. Got a decent amount done just grinding through the material. It feels like second nature now, like I am a part of it... Anyways at the end of the day drove over to the mall and ran on the bike path. The paving is done and its all brand new. Very nce surface for biking those glass shards are gone. Its not as great for running though, basically a really long road. Fair amount of pounding. I kept cruzing along though. Started out fast since I had shade and the weather was nice. Cant tell what parts are uphill and which are downhill, it seems like its always uphill. On the way back slowed down since my legs were feeling heavy. Lots of bikers and walkers out today enjoying the close to perfect weather. Ran out to the car dealership next to the bridge to Northampton, so I almost made it all the way out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched in the grass by Marshalls and then just sat and chilled for a while to cool down. It was hot out and I was sweating a lot. After a great stretch, headed over to Chiptole for a reward. Love the ChipotleRun.
Distance was almost 5.5. I just turned around at 20 minutes.
