I ran into Country Club hills via 36th and came back the same way; out in 12:28, back in 11:53. I was thinking of doing a loop on Glebe past the country club, but when I saw my watch at 12 minutes and felt the temperature rising, I thought it could quickly turn into something ugly. I did two minute planks, 20 leg lifts per position and 100 crunches. I'll do something more difficult tomorrow.
