Comments:
I left the house at 8:30am, ran to Military via 31st, then made a left on Lorcom, descending to Nelly Custis, climbing it and taking Military back. It was more difficult than I would have liked and my form was sloppy. I did eight striders at the top of Monroe then a minute of mountain climbers, 15 burpees, all the items of the Boardman core routine for a minute with 15 pushups in between each, 25 supermen and a one minute hold.
