Weather: ~75 degrees, Clear and Perfect
Comments:
I'm super competent at life, so it took me a good mile or so to realize I was still wearing my glasses. At that point, it was too late to do anything about it, so I just took them off and carried them the rest of the way. Thankfully, today was fantastic, so I didn't mind too much. It was a gorgeous summer day, skies were white, and the clouds were blue, and I felt nice to boot. Only regret is that I didn't do barefoot strides today. I only recognized I wanted to do those after I was already in the shower, but you can't get everything.
Marginally relevant, weighed myself out of curiosity, and it seems like I've dropped a little over 5 lbs since the track season. That's probably a good thing, since I feel much more streamlined than I did back then.
