Weather: Sticky, humid, still cloudy
Comments:
In flat Rehoboth, Delaware. I started a tad too brisk, but maintained it for the majority of the run, until about 20 minutes. 2 minute planks, 20 leg lifts, 20 clams per side, 20 push-ups. I'd like to get one more day of weights before I leave for Rome and one 35 minute run, which I'll likely do on Monday.
