Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I didn't feel good during my run at all. I woke up super tired. I was really tired even when I started my run. I think that is why I ran so slow. I couldn't really pick up the pace. I just let the pace stay there because I just didn't feel well. It was like an easy run and didn't take much out of me which is ok. My mile times were 8:03, 8:03, 7:57, and 7:59. Hopefully, I feel a lot better tomorrow during my run.
