Comments:
Ran after dinner, and it was still kinda hot. Nice breeze because a storm is rolling in. I got out there before the rain. My knee was still kinda puffy and tender from the game, and I was really sore overall from the game. I guess its good to shake out and work through the soreness. I had to wear my trusty knee brace today to keep compression. That thing has gone through a lot, doesnt have the elasticity it used to so it was slipping a lot. BenGay helped soothe the pain though. Didnt feel great but a little shake out was manageable. More ice and advil to reduce the swelling. Just ran to SES then did two laps around on the grass. I was moving super slow felt really weak and sluggish today, but it was nice to get outside.

Just a little stretch outside to work everything out. Bugs were bad I got bit a few times. So itchy, and they swell up a lot too. Fuck mosquitoes.
