Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 90 but felt like an opressive 96
Comments:
Todays run may have been the first really good run I've had since track ended! Woot woot!! What a wonderful run it was, talking with Karen, Abby D., Matt S., and many others. The group was pretty large as the mid and long length groups merged. I think runs feel progressively easier as the running group gets larger. Or at least, that's how it felt today. It felt like we were moving along at a good pace (for the heat, especially) but it didn't feel hard--just fun, strong, and energized. Also, some food for thought (that occurred to me today): getting older (wiser?) doesn't mean you stop having questions; instead, you think them but can answer them yourself instead of vocalizing (or at least this is true for me). It's all about building that mental toolbox of life lessons, facts, advice, and experience.
