Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
We warmed-up and it was cooler than the past few days so that was nice. Then I went and did the 1st mile of the course 4 times, back and forth. It was tiring and a good workout but nothing too awful. After that, I stretched a bit and we went inside and did some lifting. If we keep it up, I'll be stronger than ever before by the time the season starts.
