Comments:
I've had better runs than today's, but also far worse. It was just such a painfully average day--another out and back, 17:30, 17:22. The way back did not feel particularly good. A brief jog, then eight striders, then back to the house for stretching, 1:00 mountain climbers, 100 crunches, 30 squats with an eight pound weight in each hand, 2 minute planks, 15 push-ups with the same weights.
