Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The humidity was bad again and the sun out 100 percent today. I was putting in so much effort into this run. I stopped halfway because I was so tired. 2 miles into this run, I was already sweating like crazy and felt like I had already done 8 miles. It was so hard. I am mad that I had to stop. I need to start putting myself through a new kind of pain. I need to go through a run without stopping even when it gets hard. When I run by myself, I stop too often. I need to be introduced to a new kind of pain. I am also mad that I didn't run yesterday because I didn't wake up in the morning and it was too hot to run in the afternoon. I was hurting really bad 4 miles into this run. Mile 5 was when it was the worst. My form was sloppy and I was grimacing. My mile times were 8:19, 7:41, 7:31, 7:34, 7:40, 7:34.
