Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to the race early, did 30 min of warmups (incl 4 striders) and took the race generally as a tempo workout. I went out way to fast, though, and felt incredibly tired in the 2nd mile. Overall it felt pretty crappy (way faster than I'm used to) and I thought I was running at an 8min pace or something but I was happy it turned out I ran much faster than I thought. It was also lovely running with so many other people. Also, I got 2nd in my age group, which was a nice pick-me-up.
