Spend pretty much all day at Conte watching world cup. Fireworks got postponed to tomorrow, so it didnt really feel like July 4, it just felt like a Saturday. No one was around Conte, so we could yell as loud as we wanted at the TV. The first game was kinda boring, but the second was intense. Sorry that Colombia lost, but they showed a ton of improvement and played awesome through the tournament. After the game, I went for a run on campus. Wasnt expecting expecting too much mileage, just kinda ran around. I ate Antonios before the Brazil v Colombia match, and that took a while to settle down. I felt sooo bloated and fat during the run, pretty crampy. Kept plugging along around town. Coming back on Lincoln my stomach started to hurt more. Apparently the Jehovah's Witness Convention is going on at the Mullins Center. Perfect timing, to put it on an America Holiday like Independence Day, since Jehovah's Witnesses dont celebrate holidays. There were a few people from the convention wandering around campus, completely lost. I had to give them directions (One lady asked me where she parked... I was like "WTF how am I supposed to know that??") As I made my way onto campus, I really really needed to use the bathroom. The Jehovah's Witness Jehovah must have rewarded me for leading his stray flock with directions by leaving the door to the Student Union unlocked. I raced in there just intime. After the pit stop, I felt sooo much better, added on a little along Commonwealth. Overall, I was feeling sluggish so I just finished up at the parking lot.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little bit in the parking lot. The run loosened things up which felt good. It was hard to stretch well since in was raining out. Besides the stomach issue and the sluggishness, I felt pretty good today. It was nice cool rainy weather which helped.

AARON, DONG RUN BHBABHABABHABHABHA. AND WE CAN GO TO CAMP. WE CAN WALK DOWN THE STREAM AT NIGHT AND WATCH BATS, AND THEN GO TO DAIRY QUEEN.
