I listened to my body today and did the bare minimum, wandering aimlessly the Rehoboth streets. I noticed the Achilles at the beginning but didn't have to change my form for it and it has since gone away. 2:15 planks, 20 leg lifts, 40 lunges with two eight pound weights, 15 push-ups with those weights, 20 clams per side.
