20 squats with bar
10 one leg squats per side with 10 pound weight
40 lunges with 12.5 pound weight in each hand
20 pushups with 12.5 pound weights
15 burpees with same weight
5 pull-ups
25 pushups
15 pushups on the bar, followed by a press
