Comments:
Warmed-up, then Dakota and I ran the course, and then walked to the finish line and did it again from there to the start. We found a snake where the trees reach the sidewalk; I picked it up and it bit me, so that was pretty cool. For some reason I felt more tired than usual running today. Anyway, then we lifted and then we did 5 stride outs which felt awful because I guzzled a ton of water while we were lifting.
