Weather: Inside of a WWI Tank
Comments:
Back way from STA with Matt, Zeke, Will from St. Alban's, Simonson and Coach Brooks. Two sets of 80 dead bugs and the two sets of the pushup progression with three of everything before the run, then 100 crunches and 100 twists. According to the Garmin we ran a 6:57 last mile, which made all the sluggishness tolerable.
