Comments:
Again, switched schedules, so running in Princeton today. I've decided Wednesdays are going to be dedicated to hills since most of my runs are on flat terrain, so I need to make up for that somehow.
3x 1:30 (~400m)
6x45 sec (~200m)
I did today by time, so the distances are estimates. Odds are, I went farther than those distances considering the feel of the pace, but I'd rather be a little over than under.
I did see what looked like a High School team running along the tow path during my warmup, but I don't think they were PHS people, although at this point, I wouldn't know who anyone on the team is anymore.
