Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was mad that I didn't run yesterday. I was so tired when I woke up, so I didn't run in the morning. I didn't have time to run at night. I finally woke up in the morning to run. Weather wasn't too bad. It was super humid though. I was sweating like crazy 3 miles into it. I planned on 7.5 miles, but I felt good towards the end for some reason so I just kept going until 1 hour so I could get 8 miles in. I was getting tired after 4 miles, but I pushed the pace when I found myself slowing. I found a pace that I kept steady and felt good. I felt good at the pace I was running at for the last 4 miles. I was glad I could feel good at the end when I usually feel bad. My mile times were 8:08, 7:33, 7:26, 7:20, 7:22, 7:20, 7:14, 7:28. That 1st mile took a lot out of me.
