Wow, it took a good 7 miles to warm up and feel comfortable today. Isn't it crazy those days when you feel tired from a big effort the day before and it takes you until the end of the run to feel good? Wouldn't it make sense that the farther you go, the more tired you would feel? It is a mystery...
