with JK and JH. The former was looking fantastic. Me, I was struggling to keep the pace up at times. Maybe I went a bit too hard on the first half or maybe it was the heat. Or maybe because I haven't fully recovered from the two days of sickness earlier in the week. Two positives from the workout: disaplined enough to keep my 1k repeat at reasonable pace, how easy it is for me to run a 30” 200m again.

Anyway, I was grateful that the cooldown was short because I was cramping up.
