Comments:
Ran after dinner when the weather got real nice. I was playing some throwback videogames beforehand. NBA Street Vol. 3 that game was the shit. Thought it was fitting since LeBron is on the Cavs in that game. Felt good to play as him in the wine and gold. Run was OK started out fast since my legs needed it. Then I ended up slowing down near the end, feeling like I ran outta gas. Had some stomach cramps on the way back as well. Still felt strong today, compared to Wednesday. This week flew by again, just grindin at work and in the lab. Thats what summers all about.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched inside because the bugs were getting bad. Short stretch, but legs feeling alright. Its been a while since I lifted, and I am starting to feel that. I didnt get a gym pass since I never have time during the week. I will get one once school starts and I have more flexibility with no classes. Building the strength makes running come nicer.
