Comments:
I didn't really fell soar so I ran the black trail pretty fast. I discovered that although I wasn't in pain, I was exhausted from yesterday. I walked to the track after that and then did 2 miles at a pretty good speed again, atleast I was pushing myself a little to maintain it. Then I did 8 barefoot strides with Dakota.
