Comments:
Good hilly run on the bridle trail at Bedford Reservation. Reminiscent of the great long runs of summers past..

Except this was only 5 miles, which was rather hard with the hills. haha

Still, beautiful day. Good run. Stretch, roll, abs, push-ups.
