Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran on the treadmill at the YMCA. It was a pretty good run. It was a progressive run. I started off at 7.5 MPH and then by mile 6 I was at 8.1 MPH. The last quarter mile, I went hard by going 9.0 MPH. I was sweating a lot which happens to me on the treadmill. This was a lot better run than nothing at all so I am glad I ran on the treadmill. I was also glad that I could go long on the treadmill. The only thing that I have trouble with is that I have to hold on to the bars when I run on the treadmill. I feel like I am drifting off to the side and that I will step off of the treadmill. I know you aren't supposed to, but I don't know how to run straight on it.
