Comments:
The family went to Ram's pasture for a 3mile walk to the Ocean. I ran the way back, about 3.5 miles then biked home to monomoy.
Also did a hefty legs workout prior. 2x this: 20 squats, 20 plie squats, 20 donkey kicks (per side), 20 fire hydrants (ps), 20 circling donkey kicks (ps), 20 frog jumps, 20 side to side lunges (ps), 30 alternating split jumps, 30 hip lifts, 30 lunge kicks.
