Knee pressure strap on L knee. Start walk at 3.2 setting after 5 mins 3.5. After first 30 minis 3.8, and at 10 mins to go 4.0 setting drop to 3.5 at 5 mins to end. Top heart rate 110 88 at end. Some discomfort on hip throughout the day.
