Comments:
I ran the black trail twice, except instead of going up and back, I went up, back to Sayles, up, back to Sayles, up and then back. So I ran the far portion 3 times and the close portion once. I had a pretty good pace I think. I felt pretty good all the way through, no cramps or anything.
