I refused to let this week get away from me, even in my constant state of sickness due to the cardboard I have had no choice but to consume. Yes, this run was one of THOSE runs. I thought I would do 50 today, but decided after fourteen, slow minutes that if I did 50, they had better be quality. So I cut my losses and returned to the room for 2:15 planks, 20 leg lifts, 20 clams, 20 calf raises and 100 crunches. Hopefully there will be time for 50 tomorrow and on Sunday I'll be home.
