Comments:
Ran around 5. Nice temp out and the sun was bright. Started out slow, working into the pace since I went so slow yesterday. Felt much much better today, just working the congestion through. The aches and sinus pressure are gone, now its just a crap load of mucus. Its actually pretty gross. Running helped get it moving though. Stopped out at the pee spot. The crops are coming in and its really nice up there. I have been craving some open air lately. Felt smooth on the way back, like a normal runner. I might have picked it up actually.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a simple stretch outside. Legs felt good after that. Also found out that my Brooks mid shorts have a nice key pocket on the back. The key pocket on the front suck, so that was a pleasant surprise. The Brooks Podium Split shorts are too small to have a legit key pocket, so I got used to the small one in the front, but I really do like the one with the zipper.
