Actually had a good workout! I was so close to just running easy and chickening out of this workout but I'm so glad I did it. Splits were 6:31 first mile, 6:27 second mile, 6:35 last mile (oops) then like 30 seconds to get to about 3.1. Pretty happy with this workout because it's a lot more consistent than I went at this time last year and it's my fastest AND longest tempo of the summer. Still, would like to get in the low 6:20s for an entire tempo run and eventually much faster
