Pretty damn hot - and a little humid - and since I ran hard, I wanted to lead an easy hunt! Nice group, which I led down to Amazon/adidas, then to Fairmount, and around the backside of the park and up to Ribbon Trail, back to Lewis'. Solid loop. Stopped for water a couple times, which was good. Well over 90, even at 7PM.

Post-hunt: went to Old Pad to get some food with Cliff and Tommy...

Wore the Sonoma N1's. Feet felt fine, even though I forgot the regular inserts!
