Comments:
Sometimes my ipod will get on a streak of songs that leave me in a nice, neutral state of mind in a run. Nothing's in my mind, just me, the trail, and the music. Then, all of a sudden, "NARWHALS NARWHALS SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN, CAUSING A COMMOTION". I think I need to start making playlists for my runs.
Modified Princeton front load today. Took basically the entire run on the tow path, since I had a feeling that my stomach was gonna bother me today, which it did. Rolled my ankle a little bit in the last mile, but a minute or so of stretching it out left me feeling ok. This is no time to get injured.
