Ran to park
was gonna go 2 sets of 4x200, then made it 6x200

but i felt good so i did 1 set of 12x200 with 200 jog at 40 seconds with 200 jog
jog was about 1:20, last few jog was about 1:10
first mile was at 40.**
then started hitting 39.**
last mile was 39, 37, 38, 35
