Comments:
Ran from campus at the end of the day. I was so tired today. Didnt have time to get coffee this morning because of group meeting, and by 4 I was so burnt out. The beginning of the run was tough I was moving slow, legs did not want to go I think. Kinda just drifted through campus on my way down to the new house, so that I could pick up a key. Its a little less than 3 miles from Conte to the house, which is awesome. Felt a little bit better on the way back. Had some stomach cramps from eating a big lunch. On the way back, I swong by the Amherst College track, which is literally up the street from our house. WOW its amazing. I have never been there before and it is so beautiful. I would love to catch a track meet there. Weather was good today sun out but really not that hot. I was comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched in the parking lot. Made my legs feel a little bit better, but they were still tired. Got in a decent amount of running this week so they should be tired. What a odd week. So much depressing shit is going on around the world and close to home. I am also so anxious to move and switch things up. But at this time last year, I was in Yellowstone, livin it up, literally having the best time ever... Puts life into perspective I guess. I wish I was back up on Beartooth Pass, up above everything.
