mapped most of this out online afterwards, the rest (like from my house to the park, assuming that's .5 miles) was just extrapolated. felt good, wanted to go 13.5-14 but i was running on an empty stomach and after the pace slowed the 12th mile i figured i should just go get my shirt and run home.
