Comments:
Sole train group. Tim did the workout earlier in the day so I was on my own.
Mastick, 3 x mile @ 10k effort 3 min. recovery

Felt a little taxed after Tuesday's workout but loosened up towards the end.
Slight stiffness from the Hallux Rigidus, but felt pretty good as usual once things loosened up.
