Comments:
Pre-run breakfast scramble and a mimosa
10 mile longish run down Clifton w/ Malory, picked up Carter, and headed to the metropark, added a few on in the park and back to the house
Felt decent, very hot and humid, foot was good, worked on my mid-foot strike
