Rail Trail Groff Park Loop (RTGPL)

Comments:
Ran from the house in the afternoon. Did some errands in the morning, but a much tamer day compared to the last few. Meant I could actually fit in a run. I was actually exhausted in the afternoon. I took a nap right before heading out. IDK if it was the nap or the lack of running the past few days, but my legs felt euphoric as I started running. It was pretty weird but it felt so good. Ran up the st, hooked onto the Rail Trail and took that all the way past Amherst College to Mill Rd. Then just ran along Mill Rd past Groff Park and came back up the st to home. Its a nice little shake out loop. Its actually exactly 3 miles which is pretty cool. Also you get an awesome view of the buildings at Amherst College on Mill Rd. I will name it RTGPL! Nice little first run from the new house. I felt like it was enough even though it was short, my legs just felt so foreign to running. Its time to get back into it.

Essentials: Stretch

Classic stretch out in the lawn. Felt good to get the running muscles worked out. The moving muscles still feel a little sore. Looking for some nice runs in Cali if we have time. Gonna bring my running stuff anyways because you can always try to fit in a run.
