Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was not looking forward to this run at all haha
BUT!
It ended up being a pretty great workout!
I feel so fantastic!
Haha.
Ok, so first we did the warm up run to Chateau park (8:07 but forgot to start watch on time) Haha.
Then we did our warm ups and stretching and stuff.
And THEN we did our 600's!
Haha
I did 4 and my times were...
1. 2:20
2. 2:18
3. 2:12
4. 2:10
I was so happy my last one was the fastest because that was how you were supposed to do it!:D
Then, Rachael, Meghan, Kristina, and I walked around while the others did 2 more 600's. I was to tired to do more, i didn't want to start doing them wrong, i felt like i did just enough. :)
Then we ran back to the school for a cool down we took that a lot slower (10:20).
Then we did some killer abbs! :D Callie led the abbs because Sora wasn't there. But it was very intense i'm still feeling it! :D
Also we did 15 push ups haha
That was the work out! I feel awesome now!
