Comments:
We did a 2-mile warmup, then fast 1600s. I felt like I had no energy for some reason even early on in the first one. It was terrible, I wasn't hurt, just exhausted. Then Elijah and I did the savon run since we hadn't done that all year, but we ran the parking lot too to make it an even 3.
