Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Super tired last night. Got to sleep in today and then we went of some hikes along the coast. The water was freezing and the breeze kept it pretty cold actually. It was really picturesque and beautiful. Tired when we got back but we went right down to the beach and went for a run. Max and I ran up the beach to the jetty and then back. Wind was against us out so we came back a little faster. Ran pretty slow but the sand was tough. Took it easy. Legs felt fine and it was good to get a run in even though the distance was pretty pitiful.
Essentials: Stretch
Drove back up to the house and stretched outside in the parking lot. It was super windy. They should put up a turbine out here. Power all the houses.
