Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran when I got home. Lots of work to do to get back into it, so the day just flew by. Doin thangs. I was ready for a run though. The weather was real good for running. A storm is rolling in so it was overcast and a bit cooler. Ran up Pleasant to Amity, down to Rafters, then took the bike path back. Nice little loop, had no idea how long it was. Still got to work out all the distances. I was fine with the length though. Its uphill the way back, but very gradual, so I went slow on the way back. Still legs felt good and I held a decent pace today.
Essentials: Stretch
Standard stretch in the yard. Legs are tired afterwards but not all the sore. Cant wait till the gym opens I want to start building some muscle. Dont feel all that strong when I am running. Some strength will help.
BTW I am so jealous of the peeps prepping for XC camp. Its one of the most exciting times of the year. There aint nothin like getting back on campus, reuniting with the whole team, then dropping all your shit off and then shipping off to camp.
Route was a tad over 3 miles actually...
