Comments:
Started with a 2 mile warm-up on the black trail. Then we did a track interval thing where we ran hard for 2 minutes, easy for 1, hard for 1, easy for 30 seconds, hard for 30, and then easy for 30. Then we took a 5 minute break and did it again. Then I did a mile cooldown. I felt pretty good.
