Nine hour flight, six hour time change? Why not a 55-minute run? Back home in the Commonwealth after an eye-opening trip to Switzerland. 36th, military, Glebe, Lee, Lorcom, Nelly Custis, Military, Pollard, Roberts. I lowered my expectations, but on the whole it turned out fine. I started to feel the fatigue from travel at the half hour mark, especially in my quads, but maintained on the hills. At the approach to the Military hill, I gave myself a stern talking-to and asked whether today would be a day to make excuses about the flight, or to make the best of non-ideal circumstances. I chose the latter. First set of the crunch progression with one minute intervals, 30 consecutive push-ups.
