Comments:
Got around to running in the afternoon. Spend the morning just chilling and rehydrating. Felt awful this morning but honestly the run made me feel so much better. Hangover runs are tough but worth it. Ran real slow on the uphills just cruzing along. The breeze was kicking in, as some storm clouds were appearing in the distance. Coming back down the hills was nice got to let my legs loosen up. I was super tired by the time I got back to campus though, kinda just drifting at that point. Legs tired when I finished. Headache gone but stomach still feeling upset, but then again I didnt eat much today. Honestly impressed I made it this far today though, considering how much of a struggle it is to sometimes get in just 3 miles on a weekday run.

Nice stretch on the grass. I just sat there for a while. I noticed a huge spider made a web on our back porch, and was in the process of wrapping up and devouring a fly that it caught. Someone had a bad day... If that spider is gonna chill there for a while it needs to start paying some rent.
