Comments:
Met MN at the Splash Facility at 9 am and we hit the trails.

Had to stop twice for the bathroom. Last night, I ate so much I had to sit down to put on my shoes.

That' s okay; I probably worked it all off today. MN is an extremely efficient runner. At times it felt like we were floating, moving fast without much effort.
