it's getting hot....
everyone was walking up the hills on this run. Ryan and I speed walked a few of them. but at the end i wouldn't let him walk...
We took FIRST place in the challenged athletes division!! WOW.. Ryan is a quick swimmer... 7:29 on his 400 meter lake swim
