Comments:
Headed down to MLK immediately after class to help coach with the times/ heart rates from the tempo.
Lift:
DB Press: 8x60, 3x80, 5x80, 3x80
OHP: 3x8x65 bar
Right forearm/ grip is very inflamed and sore, so no arm work.
